Fast, tracked delivery from our US warehouse. We currently ship within the United States only.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, product launches or promotions, processing can take up to 3 business days. We always ship as quickly as we can.
As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Delivery times
The delivery times below count from the day your order ships. Actual delivery can vary by location, carrier and local conditions.

Lost or delayed packages
Has your order not arrived within the expected delivery time? Here is what to do:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Carriers sometimes have delays because of weather, high volumes or other causes outside our control.
- Tracking says delivered, but you do not have it? Check with your neighbors, the mail room of your building or any safe drop-off spot at your address.
- Has your tracking not updated for 7 business days or more? Contact us and we will work with the carrier to find your parcel or arrange a solution.
